This is an exciting new opportunity to join the expanding Chichester branch as a Senior Care Assistant!

We cover Chichester, Bognor and the surrounding areas.

The Senior Care Assistant is responsible for:

Providing Care in the community and leading by example with the care team
Providing support to the care team in the field
Undertaking reviews from time to time – as required by the Care Manager
On-call Duty as required and discussed
Willing to cover the calls in emergency situation
Be a contact for new and existing clients, with regards to care visits and minor requests, or directing them to the right person/department.

Ensuring all duties are in compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining an understanding of regulations & updating knowledge as required.

The ideal applicant will have experience in Domiciliary Care Agency with at least 1 year of experience as a Care Assistant or a Senior Domiciliary Care Worker, preferably with NVQ level 2, NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.
