Clapham Lodge Care Home
Care Team Leader required for both days and night shifts for a family run Residential Home.
To assist the manager with care planning – risk assessments – GP phone calls – and able to update a computer care plan system.
To work full time of 36 hours, to be flexible around the needs of the care home.
To have an NVQ 3 or be working towards it.
Full training will be given
