Haviland House is a specialist dementia care home located at the foot of the South Downs in Goring, West Sussex. It was purpose built in 2015 to fulfil the needs of residents living with different stages of dementia.

In 2019 Haviland House was a ‘Best Dementia Care Home’ finalist in the National Dementia Care Awards and the home’s Health & Wellbeing Coordinator won the National Activity Providers Association’s ‘Best Activity Coordinator’ award.

Our care homes will treat you like part of the family when you become a Care Assistant. We expect you to provide our residents with compassionate and person-centred care, ensuring that their feelings are respected.

Guild Care positions you to provide effective care in accordance with its policies and procedures, and in compliance with best practice principles. You and your co-workers will help each other accomplish tasks while you get to know one another.

The staffing ratio in our homes is high, with an adaptable team formed around the residents’ needs. In addition to providing nursing care around the clock, we have dedicated Health & Wellbeing Coordinators who provide regular and stimulating activities tailored to each individual.
