The field care supervisor role will need to cover Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham (small area to cover)

Working a week of mornings and a week of afternoons

Morning shift: 6.30am – 14.30pm

Afternoons: 13:30 – 21:30

Participate in On Call on a rotation, 1 weekend in three – 7am-21.30pm Saturday and Sunday

Our Home Care service – which is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission – was established in 1994 to promote independent living.

The service enables older people and vulnerable adults in and around Worthing to lead better quality lives whilst remaining safe and comfortable in their own homes.

The role

We are searching for knowledgeable and skilled individuals who will be able to support our amazing team out in the field. You will have previous knowledge of completing competency checks and supporting our staff members to provide a professional and safe service.

Job description

Essential

· At least 3 years experience working within domiciliary care

· At least 1 year in a care supervision or care co-ordinator role

· A good standard of spoken and written English language and basic maths

· Knowledge of Care Certificate requirements

· Willing to work shifts

· Full driving licence with access to a car

Desirable

· Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification or similar e.g. Competency Assessor

· Train the Trainer qualification

· Knowledge of Care Quality Commission Fundamental Standards
