Linfield House at Guild Care is a residential and nursing care home that includes two dementia suites. We promote independent living, providing residents with the support and person-centred care that they need to flourish.
Our home has a high staff-to-resident ratio, with a versatile team built around residents’ needs. As well as providing around-the-clock nursing care, we have dedicated Health & Wellbeing Coordinators who deliver regular and stimulating activities catered to individuals’ interests.
We are looking for a Night Registered Nurse to join the team at Linfield House. You will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of clinical care. It is your duty to ensure the highest standards are achieved, including providing person-centered care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home, through your strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills.
It is your duty to work with the care team to ensure continuous assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the residents’ care. With your skills, you will be able to assist residents with all their needs, therapeutic interventions, as well as meaningful activities.

Job description
Essential
Nursing Qualification and current NMC PIN number
Satisfactory DBS check
Desirable
Approved First Aid certificate
Experience of working in a care home environment/non-hospital setting
Previous experience in Dementia Care/demonstrates awareness in Dementia
