Under the direction of the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic delivery of outstanding care across our territory. You will have exceptional people management and communication skills to support and develop our fantastic team of CareGivers. This role will require a great deal of flexibility and you will need to be focused in achieving operational goals and targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding compliance across the business and to support the business in achieving a minimum of “Good” in CQC inspections
- Assist the Registered Manager in conducting client assessments and risk assessments, and producing person centred support plans to ensure the delivery of quality care to our clients
- Assist the Registered Manager in reviewing care plans and risk assessments responsively and periodically in line with our policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting client reviews, staff supervisions and spot checks, to ensure control and continuity of excellence in our service provision
- Responsibility for delivery of all training modules as required to ensure all staff reach minimum standards of training compliance
- Ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively, undertaking induction programmes and identifying and providing for on-going training needs
- Conduct thorough and timely internal audits using the required paperwork and reporting methods, liaising closely with the Registered Manager about concerns
- Establish a good working knowledge of all online and offline systems to effectively manage all procedures, specifically our care planning software People Planner and ACP
- Assist in the absence of the Care Co-ordinator in the planning of schedules, and in the management of day-to-day issues arising, such as sickness cover, additional call requests, cancellations etc.
- Participate in the provision of our out of hours / on call services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Hold, or be working towards, QCF Level 3 qualification in Social Care
Understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
Junior management experience of service provision in the care industry, including minimum three years of hands-on care delivery
