We currently have vacancies for Support Workers at this service for 8 young adults with learning disabilities in the outskirts of Storrington.
The service is located on National Trust land in a rural setting. The clients have busy lives and enjoy a wide range of social and leisure activities i.e., drama, swimming, gym, rambling, craft, gardening and eating out.
The clients enjoy being supported by kind and caring staff who can encourage them to overcome challenges, work toward their goals and let them make their own decisions.
To be a support worker, you don’t need to have any experience or qualifications; we’ll invest in you and provide all the training you need to develop excellent support and facilitation skills.
