Level 2 Diploma in Care
Level 2 will suit you if you are a care worker or want to get your first care job. If you’re already working in care, you probably work mainly under supervision. You want to increase your skills and take on more responsibility.

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
Level 3 is ideal if you’re a care worker, and you have some responsibility in your workplace. You sometimes work without supervision. You want to develop or demonstrate your skills, perhaps to become a senior care worker.

Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
Level 4 is ideal if you are or looking to become a senior care work where you have key responsibilities for delivery of care and support and/or a level of supervisory responsibility for others.

Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management in Adult Care
Level 4 Principles is designed to develop aspiring middle managers and first-line managers. Building core skills in middle management and access a wide range of optional study areas to help you gain specific management skills to suit your needs.

Level 5/6/7 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care
This Diploma is for learners in the role of leader/manager in adult care. You already know that you enjoy working in social care providing care and support for people with an assessed need. You’re also keen to advance to the next level and become a supervisor or manager in the care environment.

Level 6/7Certificate of fundamental Knowledge in Commissioning for Wellbeing
Commissioners have a role in defining local care and support needs then understanding and shaping the supply, demand and future needs of the workforce as part of their market position statement.
This qualification has been developed to support current and aspiring commissioners in achieving a rich, diverse and sustainable market of provision. It will also help ensure that personalised support and care is available where, how and when it is needed.
