Care Workforce Manager

Taz is our care workforce manager and has been around since the inception of Proud to Care. With previous experience in adult social care & recruitment she oversees day-to-day operations for the Proud to Care team. Her favourite part of the job is helping care employers with recruitment & retention.

Care Workforce Adviser

Natasha is our care workforce adviser and has worked alongside Taz since Proud to Care started. She manages the Proud to Care website alongside our communications officer Danny, as well as providing internal & external support on all things care  recruitment. Her favourite part of the job is matching candidates with their perfect job in care.

Communications Officer

Danny is our communications officer. He manages our website, advertising, promotions and social media for all our campaigns, events & organic engagement. He also offers support to adult social care providers to increase their social presence & engagement. His favourite part of the job is using his creativity to promote the care sector.

Care Workforce Adviser

Nathan is our care workforce assistant. He manages the day-to-day core operations of Proud to Care. He audits and approves new job vacancies being advertised on the website as well as managing our matching service by working with job seekers to secure employment.
